Prominent national firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their expanding civil defense practice. Ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of litigation experience, Civil or Criminal, either Plaintiffs' or Defense side and have prior experience in one or more of the following: Trial prep, court appearances, discovery, analyzing medical records, taken or assisted with depositions.
Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
1-4 years' litigation experience, civil or criminal
Base salary up to 150k (DOE) + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
