Associate Attorney/Lawyer- Litigation

Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate:

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
• Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
• Take and defend depositions
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients

Requirements for the Litigation Associate:

• 1 - 7 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm
• Licensed to practice law in Florida required

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $225,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
