A growing litigation practice is seeking a Civil/Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in Seattle, Washington . The role involves handling a broad range of complex litigation matters with significant responsibility from early stages through resolution.
Manage all phases of civil/ commercial litigation matters. * Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs. * 1–7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience. * Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases independently with supervision. * Experience in insurance defense, business litigation, or general liability is a plus
