Our recruitment agency is partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in asbestos defense, toxic tort litigation, product liability, or general civil defense to join its Pittsburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented litigator to work on complex, high-value defense matters, gain meaningful courtroom and litigation experience, and develop their career alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.
Asbestos and toxic tort litigation Premises liability and exposure claims Other complex and high-value civil litigation
Draft pleadings, written discovery, dispositive motions, and other litigation documents. Manage discovery and assist in developing litigation strategy. Take ownership of assigned matters while working collaboratively with partners and other attorneys. Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
2+ years of experience in asbestos defense, toxic tort, product liability, general liability, or related civil litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage litigation matters independently while working effectively as part of a team.
