We are an Award Winning Law Firm, specializing in Family Law and Commercial litigation. We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 1+ years of experience.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of family law experience
- Previous litigation experience
- Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Licensed and in good standing in Louisiana
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions xhqgsiq
The annual salary for this position is between 70k-80k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
