Associate Attorney - Labor & EmploymentSan Francisco, California, United States$ 310,000.00 - 420,000.00 (US Dollar)About the job Associate Attorney - Labor & EmploymentOur client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is looking for an associate with 5 to 7 years of employment law experience to join their Labor & Employment practice group in San Francisco!Key Qualifications:Must be admitted to the California Bar.Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.Experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions, preferably with an Am Law 100 law firm.Preferred Experience:Involvement in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, particularly in wage and hour matters.Client counseling expertise.Proficient in drafting:Motions to compel arbitrationDiscovery requests and responsesOppositions to motions for class certification (including declaration gathering)Long-form settlement agreements for wage and hour class/collective actionsSeparation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAsExperience in conducting labor due diligence for M&A deals is highly preferred.Benefits:Annual bonus401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurancePersonal, medical, and parental leave, and up to 10 paid holidaysApply to be considered!
