This is a full-time remote Associate Attorney position with an office based in Honolulu. Seeking an attorney to appear in District Court, Circuit Court, United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court, in person. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, manage a high-volume caseload, process all aspects of the judicial foreclosure process, and work independently with the support of staff and other attorneys.

Requirements:

• Provide high-quality legal representation in assigned matters (pre-litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, light litigation);
• Work independently with minimal supervision;
• Manage high volume caseload efficiently; prepare timely and accurate filings;
• Be responsive to clients; communicate case strategy and updates;
• Collaborate with other members of the firm;
• Maintain accurate billing and timekeeping;
• J.D., licensed HI attorney;
• Eager to build legal expertise and courtroom skills;
• Salary is commensurate with experience.

Salary:

• $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD per year commensurate with experience
