An established law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice, focusing on plaintiff-side employment law .
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct client consultations, develop case strategies, and manage cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, demand letters, and settlement agreements.
- Handle legal research, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Indiana Bar license in good standing.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and case management abilities.
- Prior litigation or employment law experience preferred.
