A boutique law firm based in Hammond, Indiana is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is a full-time, in-office role offering exposure to a broad range of practice areas and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative setting.
Position Overview
- General Practice focus, including Municipal Law, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Contracts
- Office located in Hammond, IN
- Occasional travel throughout Northern Indiana for client meetings
- Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000, plus performance-based bonuses

Candidate Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana
- 1-15 years of experience practicing law
- Municipal Law experience is preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings
- Desire to expand your practice and grow into Partnership
