A highly regarded mid-sized litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with experienced mentors, and continue developing their litigation skills in a collaborative environment.
The practice includes general liability, business disputes, construction litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Litigation Associate Attorney | Las Vegas, NV

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with experienced mentors, and continue developing their litigation skills in a collaborative environment.
The practice includes general liability, business disputes, construction litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other complex civil litigation matters.
What They're Looking For
- 1-6+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling general liability, construction, business disputes, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
- Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
- Diverse and sophisticated litigation practice
