Position Overview

The firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney who is eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex matters while building your own professional skill set in a supportive and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of litigation and/or transactional matters (depending on practice area)
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • 2-5 years of relevant legal experience preferred
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset
