Serving individuals and families for over 35 years, the firm specializes in family law, divorce, probate, and estate planning. The selected candidate will work closely with partners and the legal team with a primary focus on probate and estate planning matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing client matters and maintaining organized case files and calendars.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advising clients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services.
