Associate Attorney – First Party Insurance Practice GroupA nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its First-Party Insurance Litigation Practice in Austin, TX. This position offers a HYBRID schedule and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance litigation attorney who is ready to take ownership of an active docket while still having the support and strategic guidance of seasoned partners and colleagues. The attorney will have primary responsibility for a first-party litigation docket from inception through final resolution, with significant autonomy to develop case strategy, manage client relationships, and handle all phases of litigation.
