We are seeking a candidate with an active Oregon bar membership (other states welcomed). Qualified candidates should have the following:

- Excellent judgment and integrity;
- Superior listening and communication skills;
- Creativity and the ability to solve complex problems;
- Leadership and project management skills, and
- Self-reliant while being a team member.
