Mass Tort Attorney
Our client, a leading law firm in the Denver metro area is seeking an attorney with 3 plus years of Mass Tort/Litigation experience to join a high-performing mass tort practice in Denver. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who thrives in challenging casework, values strategic collaboration, and is motivated to represent injured clients in significant, high-exposure matters. The role offers hands-on involvement across all stages of litigation while working closely with accomplished trial attorneys.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of mass tort and class action cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial resolution.
• Research legal issues and prepare persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings to support case strategy.
• Partner with senior litigators to assess claims, refine legal arguments, and address complicated procedural and substantive matters.
• Participate in witness interviews, depositions, discovery planning, and evidence development to strengthen case outcomes.
• Contribute to motion practice and trial readiness by organizing materials, preparing arguments, and supporting courtroom presentation efforts.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience, with background in personal injury matters required.
• Prior exposure to mass tort or class action litigation is preferred.
• Active Colorado attorney license in good standing.
• Collaborative approach to legal practice and willingness to learn within a team-oriented environment.
