Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation – Boutique Law Firm in Dallas

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 plus year‑end bonus
• Billable hours: 150 monthly
• Fully in‑office schedule
• Firm pays 100 % of medical & dental insurance premiums
• 401(k) with 4 % firm contribution
• PTO starting at 13 days plus paid holidays

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an attorney in commercial/business litigation
• Construction law experience is a plus
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish with minimal handholding
• Consistent job tenure (no job hopping)
