Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

Smith Haughey Rice and Roegge seeks an *Associate Attorney* to join the team in our Holland, MI office. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of meaningful experience in business, real estate, and/or commercial litigation. The associate attorney will formulate and implement case/litigation strategy, conduct and defend depositions, draft legal documents, argue substantive motions, manage e-discovery, and counsel corporate clients.
