Civil Litigation Attorney
We are a nationally recognized, full service litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Concord, California office. Our team is known for delivering practical, results driven legal solutions across a broad range of complex litigation matters. What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in court appearances
- Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal analysis
- Work closely with partners and clients to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in California
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service
- 1,900 billable hour requirement
