We are currently seeking an associate to join our busy Charlotte Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation Team
Responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively and compassionately with clients
- Assessing cases and identifying causes of action
- Researching and strategizing legal issues
- Deciphering complicated fact patterns, evidence, and witness testimony
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation experience
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- Licensure in South Carolina a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to work as part of a team and provide top-notch client service
- Negotiation/people skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
