This role is a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. It's designed for an attorney with 2-3 years of residential real estate law experience who wants to grow their practice in a high-volume, client-focused environment.
This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential real estate closings for buyers, sellers, and lenders.
  • Review closing documents and title searches for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
  • Resolve title curative matters efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the process.
  • Deliver practical legal guidance while managing multiple transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active South Carolina law license (required).
  • North Carolina law license (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of residential real estate law experience, including conducting closings and reviewing title matters.
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
