Associate Attorney

Overview

Our boutique litigation law firm, based in Boca Raton, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. We specialize in solving complex legal problems in the areas of commercial, real estate, and construction litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis
• Participate in case strategy development and client communications
• Handle depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate to experience level
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes matters

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, with a strong interest in commercial, real estate, or construction litigation
• Excellent legal research and writing skills required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Courtroom and deposition experience a plus, but not required
• Must be licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
