Qualifications: • • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. • 3–5 years of litigation experience required. • Experience in managing legal cases, particularly those involving the Marchman Act and Guardianship. • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal solutions. • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research and preparing comprehensive case strategies. • Confidence and professionalism in representing clients in court, advocating for their best interests. • Skill in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy and compliance. • Commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in Behavioral Health Law. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members alike. Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
