An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Admission to the Maryland and DC bars, and in good standing in both.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent legal research, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently (as first chair or second chair)
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Sound judgment, high integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Work from our Bethesda office (with the option for hybrid work after a probationary period)
- Participate in networking opportunities and attend bar-related events
- Engage in business development and work toward originating cases over time.
