ZEK’s growing Banking and Real Estate Lending Practice is seeking an attorney with three to five years of experience.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Admitted to practice law in New York or passed the bar and awaiting admission
- Three to five years of experience as banking and lending associate
Responsibilities:
The role will include drafting documentation for bank and non-bank financial institutions and private lenders for transactions secured by real estate, various other types of personal property, as well as for non-performing remedial matters. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills and is capable of running a transaction as part of the team and on their own.
