Family law experience is preferred but not required.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Manage cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, agreements, and adoptions.
• Counsel clients and develop individualized legal strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, motions, trials, mediation, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant statutes and case law.
• Present evidence, examine witnesses, and advocate for clients in court.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward effective case resolutions.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and outside experts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and complex matters.WHAT YOU’LL BRING• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the applicable state bar.
• 1–5+ years of civil litigation experience.
