The position supports contractors on active projects and involves hands-on drafting, negotiation, and ongoing legal guidance as matters evolve. This role offers meaningful responsibility and direct involvement with clients from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
- Providing day-to-day legal guidance to construction clients
- Working closely with experienced partners and a strong associate team
Experience needed
- 4+ years of construction litigation or transactional
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
Compensation
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $230,000 depending on experience
Work setup
- Hybrid schedule with 3–4 days per week in the office
