Commercial Litigation Attorney
A well-established law firm in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys the practice of law and is looking to join a collaborative, supportive environment.

The attorney in this role will work on a variety of corporate and commercial litigation matters and should be comfortable managing responsibilities such as:
- Reviewing and preparing corporate documents and contracts
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting briefs
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Handling fact and expert discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Assisting with trial preparation
Insurance defense experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate is creative, competitive, resourceful, and team-oriented, with strong writing and oral advocacy skills. This person should be eager to take ownership of their work and thrive in a culture that values accountability and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant corporate and commercial litigation experience
- Active license to practice in Illinois
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 , depending on experience
- Bonus eligibility and annual raises

Billable requirement: approximately 150–160 hours per month
