What you bring
- A law license in good standing in any U.S. state.
- Full fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written. Most of our clients prefer Spanish.
- 3-5+ years of family-based and humanitarian immigration practice preferred, with substantial Immigration Court experience, including bond and Individual Hearings you've handled yourself. This is a removal-defense practice, not business immigration.
- A reputation colleagues and clients recognize: the attorney people ask for by name.
- Steady judgment under pressure.
