Working remotely within the EST timezone, the full-time Associate Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data models and pipelines, ensuring the delivery of well-defined and documented data to business users and downstream systems while collaborating with various teams to enhance data quality and automate processes. Key responsibilities Build and maintain data models and pipelines for well-defined, tested, and documented data delivery Contribute to data quality standards, model documentation, and column-level lineage across dbt projects Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into reusable data assets Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or in a related technical role Foundational SQL skills with exposure to dbt or a modern data stack Curiosity about using AI to automate processes and enhance capabilities Some familiarity with Python and basic understanding of schema design and data pipeline concepts Interest in understanding how data models support business decisions
