FM seeks an Assistant Vice President High-Hazard Underwriting Occupancy Specialist to lead underwriting of complex, high-hazard commercial property risks. You will evaluate occupancies, construction, protection, and exposure details to set terms, limits, and pricing that align with risk appetite and profitability goals. Partnering with brokers, clients, and internal teams, you’ll interpret engineering reports, modeling outputs, and loss trends, refine occupancy guidelines, mentor underwriters, and support portfolio oversight, referrals, and audit reviews in a hybrid work environment.
