The firm specializes in complex urban development, repositioning, value-add, and opportunistic real estate investments across multiple asset classes. With a significant active development pipeline, the organization is involved in projects requiring sophisticated deal structuring, public-private partnerships, entitlement strategies, and large-scale project execution.
Role
This is a highly visible opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within a lean and entrepreneurial organization. The successful candidate will participate in every stage of the real estate development lifecycle, including:
- Acquisitions and Transaction Execution
- Financial modeling and underwriting
- Financing and capital raising support
- Due diligence and feasibility analysis
- Design management and predevelopment
- Entitlements, zoning, and permitting
- Construction oversight and project delivery
- Stakeholder and partner management

Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Approximately 3 to 8+ years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, development management, or a related field
- Exposure to multiple phases of the development process, from acquisition through construction and stabilization
- Strong financial modeling and real estate underwriting skills
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multifamily, condominium, mixed-use, or value-add development projects
- Exposure to institutional-quality real estate projects and complex capital structures
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and development teams
- Familiarity with large-scale urban development projects
