Assistant to Roee Lotan (Intern)
Mostly remote, with days in Tribeca
Maison Lotan is a design group comprising Any Studios, Maison Lotan, and As Promised magazine. We’re looking for a resourceful, organized intern to work directly with Roee Lotan, supporting day-to-day administration and keeping priorities moving across the group. Work remotely from home, with time together at our Tribeca office or the club at Casa Cipriani.
What you will do
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Manage email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Track priorities, anticipate what is needed, and keep work moving.
What we are looking for
- Someone who notices what needs attention and acts on it.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Clear communication, good manners, professional attire, discretion, and sound judgment.
- A polished, professional presence in meetings.
- Ease with high-profile clients and contacts.
