Assistant supervisor will assist with the hiring, job evaluations, orientation, education, and training of the employees. Individual must be able to perform support all supervisor related aspects.
Works with supervisor and technicians to resolve complex issues, maintain system integrity, adapt to system changes and respond to emergency situations. Typical duties include but not limited to:Scheduling utility outages for maintenance and project activitiesProvide project supportCMMS asset managementEnter assets/create proceduresInvolved with Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning processGuide and assist technicians in the assigned work unitCollaborate across all Rochester work unitsEnsure proper tools are available and kept up to date on calibrationAssists employees with complex technical problems or with difficult customer service issuesShow positive support for continuous improvementPromotes and facilitates teamwork, supports safety, high ethical standards, process improvements that result in quality work, improved customer service and/or greater overall value.Please note: We are hiring for multiple openings within this role.
