Job Details
- 5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a general contractor
- Experience supporting ground-up Class A or luxury multifamily developments
- Knowledge of Type V wood-frame construction and large garden-style apartment communities
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, quality control, safety, inspections, and daily field operations
- Familiarity with luxury residential finishes, clubhouse construction, resort-style amenities, pools, and outdoor community spaces
- Experience utilizing Procore or comparable construction management software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Orlando area
