Hot 8 Yoga is growing and that means we are expanding our management team. Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Qualifications
Previous management experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff
- Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week
- Be present at the studio during peak business hours, evenings, and weekends
- Track studio budget
- Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs
- Process payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 4‑5 front desk shifts
- Perform extensive cleaning all day, every day
- Lead teacher trainings
- Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
