Job Overview

Salaried Management Positions, Assistant Manager: $40,000‑$50,000 per year. Successful candidates will lead shifts and/or specific departments, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week ensuring efficient customer service.
• Manage assigned departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory, Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and oversee related systems.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and higher‑level managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experiences, dates sales promotions, and train staff on service procedures.
• Maintain kitchen quality, speed, food safety, cost control, and staff training.
• Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, fostering employee motivation and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule, strong work ethic, and a passion for fast‑paced service.
