An established international fashion brand is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join its team at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven luxury retail professional who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for selling, styling, and delivering an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive daily store performance and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, remaining hands-on with clients while supporting and motivating the wider team.
• Coach and develop Sales Advisors to strengthen selling, clienteling, product knowledge, and overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service, outreach, appointments, and CRM activity.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and client retention.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help create a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven store culture.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, Key Holder, or senior selling experience within premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Strong track record of achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Experience coaching and motivating a retail team.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Confident styling clients across men's and women's fashion.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of retail KPIs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outlet environment while maintaining elevated service standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
