Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support store leadership in driving sales, operational excellence, and a culture of teamwork. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and help execute the store’s strategies to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
• Operate personal computers and POS systems; proficient with MS Office and related software.
• Support knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to inform commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead discussions in diverse groups and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Operate independently and with discretion; work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrate an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.

• Speak, read, comprehend, and write English effectively.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Travel by car and air domestically as needed.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess or be pursuing a 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; or experience in retail management or related field.
• Experience managing a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and other needs of the business.
