DUTIES INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To)
- Performing opening & closing duties as needed
- Working weekdays & Saturdays (some Sundays during the Holidays)
- Consistently meeting & exceeding sales quotas set by management
- Welcoming customers & offering assistance
- Maintaining all store policies & procedures
- Proactively engaging and interacting with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Providing expert product knowledge and styling assistance
- Managing sales and handling transactions
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the entire store
- Updating racks and mannequins with the latest arrivals
- Creating displays for the sales floor and windows
- Keeping up-to-date with all Special Promotions
- Following company procedure to receive, open & unpack store merchandise
- Managing inventory & the efficient fulfillment of orders into and out of the warehouse
- Tagging & barcoding new inventory with speed & accuracy
