Summary
As Assistant Store Manager for the new Westfield Topanga opening, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets and help build a high-performing store team. You will contribute to store operations, visual standards, and the customer experience while coaching and developing staff. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold-standard team and set weekly/monthly objectives
- Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
- Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines and coordinate with store support departments
- Align with Human Resources on policies, procedures and development planning; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
