About the Role

We’re hiring Assistant Store Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and customer service. We’ll train and support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members


• Deliver outstanding customer experiences


• Open/close the store and manage daily operations


• Oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits


• Support the General Manager in maintaining service standards

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus)


• Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+


• Fluent in English


• Reliable and punctual


• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
