* Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed; supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
* Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care; build positive relationships with regular guests.
* Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
* Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
* Experience: 2‑4 years in a supervisory or customer‑service role.
* Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Mobility: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
