What You'll Do
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
- Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.

- Build positive relationships with regular guests.
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
- Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
- Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2‑4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when necessary.
