**Job Description:**

As the Assistant Store Manager at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring a seamless operation, overseeing staff, inventory management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and financial management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Supervise and train team members, providing guidance to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products to maintain stock levels according to sales forecasts.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional initiatives and new menu items.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
• Perform cash handling and financial reporting duties accurately.
