Assistant Store Manager – West Palm Beach, FL
Full‑time position. Compensation ranges from $17.25 to $22+ hourly (base pay plus uncapped tiered commission). All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Lead and develop store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and visual brand standards.
- Manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence.
- Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Participate in premium pay programs for set‑up/tear‑down and end‑of‑season activities.
