Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality and timely work. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review Digital Inspections from technicians to properly write repair orders for customers.
Requirements
- General knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Retail sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization.
Compensation
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
