Who You Are

As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll evolve the business by connecting with customers and community, and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager with transparency. Coaching, inspiring, and staying flexible to ever‑evolving business needs are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of strategies to exceed financial goals.
  • Deliver an energetic, omni‑channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Build client relationships and community engagement to generate repeat customers and acquire new ones.
  • Motivate and measure performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability.
  • Act as a mentor to Crew Leads, aiding their development through transparent and candid communication.
  • Educate Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Build an environment that fosters open, respectful communication with crew and headquarters partners, soliciting feedback to continually improve the store experience.
  • Network and recruit to maintain a talent pool for open positions.
  • Evaluate store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Support store merchandising to reflect current compass, brand initiatives, and local customer needs.

DOR Overview

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DORs are distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders to provide clarity and support development. They rotate so managers become proficient in all areas.

Requirements

  • 1+ years retail supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, Google Suite & virtual video platforms
  • Proficient communication skills – verbal and written
  • Inventory management and merchandising abilities
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Commitment to career growth of self and others

Preferred Experience In Social Media

  • Must be able to bend, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends to support business needs
