Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: 1 year of recent wireless retail experience
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
- Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
