Mission of the Role
Lead shift execution so our store runs fast, clean, and friendly — every hour of every day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the on‑shift leader for the front of house — responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching your team.
Your Success Will Be Measured By How Well You
- Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency
- Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift
- Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews
- Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency
- Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls
- Coach your direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow‑up

The Pay Range For This Role Is
$19 - $22 per hour (Midland/Odessa)
