Hourly rate ranges from $17.45 to $17.70 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include Arizona Paid Sick Time, Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs, and End‑of‑Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Support the overall operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage control, and inventory and merchandising management.
Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 with a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to stand and walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
